All Reiki sessions are intended to support healing. Anyone participating in a session must be 18 years or older and give permission for it to take place, or have their parent or guardian present.

Information provided during a Reiki session with me should not be used as a substitute for medical advice; always consult a medical practitioner. Any use of information provided within the Reiki sessions is at your discretion and is subject to common sense.

I cannot be held responsible for any loss, claim or damage arising out of the use, or misuse, of the suggestions made, the failure to take medical advice or for any material suggested on third party websites.

You are responsible for the time and date of your Reiki session. For sessions that take place online, please make sure that you are familiar with the application and are ready to begin at your scheduled time. I will always try to accommodate lateness, however appointments will finish at the scheduled completion time regardless of any delays at the beginning.

If you feel that your Reiki session is not what you expected, you are within your rights to end your appointment. If you do so within the first 15minutes of your session commencing, a full refund will be offered.

Please abide by my cancellation policy to ensure that you don’t waste my time or anyone else’s. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 48hours notice so that my waiting list can be offered your time slot. I am focused on giving the best possible experience to my clients and will do my best to work around your circumstances.
